Vandy Schedule to Calendar

Turn your Vanderbilt class schedule into a customizable Google Calendar in a few clicks.

Vandy Schedule to Calendar is a Chrome extension that helps Vanderbilt students import their class schedule from Vanderbilt's Search Classes page, customize which classes are included, and synchronize selected classes with Google Calendar.

How it works

Four simple steps from your Vanderbilt schedule to a fully synced Google Calendar.

01

Open Vanderbilt's Search Classes page

Navigate to Vanderbilt's Search Classes page in Chrome. The extension detects your enrolled courses automatically.

02

Import your classes

Import enrolled classes, or enrolled plus waitlisted classes — your choice.

03

Customize your events

Edit event names, colors, reminders, locations, and break dates to fit your schedule.

04

Preview and sync to Google Calendar

Review new, changed, and removed events before syncing selected classes to Google Calendar.

Google Calendar access

Vandy Schedule to Calendar uses Google OAuth only so users can authorize the extension to create, update, compare, and remove calendar events that the extension manages in Google Calendar.

The extension does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or unrelated purposes.

Privacy

The extension processes schedule information only when the user explicitly imports it from Vanderbilt's Search Classes page. Schedule settings and customizations are stored locally in Chrome extension storage. The extension does not operate a developer-controlled backend server and does not send Vanderbilt schedule data to the developer.

Review before you sync

Before any changes are made to your Google Calendar, the extension shows you a clear preview of which events will be added, updated, left unchanged, or removed. You stay in control at every step.
